Hedingham Medical Centre
There has been good progress on the development of the new Hedingham Medical Centre this summer.
We received confirmation in May from NHS Mid and South Essex ICB that we met all the necessary requirements to be able to proceed with the project. This positive step meant we could proceed with the next phase of the process, which was to start the tender process to award the build contract.
This process has been running over the summer and is due to conclude in the coming weeks. We look forward to sharing a further update with you about the outcome of the tender award and next steps as soon as the process is complete.
