We run all our surgeries by an appointment-only system. Appointments can be booked by telephoning the surgery, visiting the surgery in person or online.
We triage so we see the most unwell patients first. We need your help; please let our reception team know why you need an appointment. They’re not working against you. They’re getting information our team have asked for so that we can allocate appointments accordingly. Thank you.
We try to make sure you see the doctor of your choice but if they are not available we may ask you to see another doctor.
If you are too ill to come to the surgery and you require a visit at home, please call the surgery before 10.00am. Home visits take up more of a doctor’s time than a consultation in the surgery, so if you are mobile please come into the surgery to be seen.
You need to register to use our online appointment booking service and this is best done in person at the surgery. Please speak to one of our receptionists.
When you book your appointment, you will be offered a choice of one of our three sites and this will be confirmed with you on booking. Please make sure you know which site to attend.
