A new data privacy law will be introduced in the UK on 25th May 2018. To comply with the New General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) The Practice has published a new Privacy Notice which is on display in Reception and can also be viewed by clicking HERE
This privacy notice explains why we as a Practice collect information about our patients and how we use that information.
The Castle Surgery manages patient information in accordance with existing laws and with guidance from organisations that govern the provision of healthcare in England such as the Department of Health and the General Medical Council.
